Username - Remember it is lowercase (entered using small letters only). You need to add @ibpa.com.au to the end of your username.
Password - It is case sensitive. If in doubt enter it in lowercase.

Email Settings

Incoming 'POP3' Mail Server - pop.bigbutton.com.au
Do not enter full email address (ie This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) as Username / Account Name

Outgoing 'SMTP' Mail Server - smtp.bigbutton.com.au
Authentication is NOT Required
If sending from another ISP please use port 587 or 2525 and turn on  Outgoing Authentication
