Situated in the inner Adelaide suburb of Glandore, the Glandore Community Centre provides a picturesque park with gazebo, fountain , BBQ and playground facilities for the local community. Also available are various historically listed buildings and rooms for hire for any type of function or group meeting at reasonable rates. A variety of Educational programs are available including Computing, Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy, Woodwork and more.
Planning a Special Event? - We have Halls For Hire
The Glandore Community Centre is set within a picturesque public park which has
a fountain and gazebo. This would be a perfect area for a wedding or special event.
No bookings required and it's FREE.
Meeting rooms are available for hire at the Centre for small or large groups at
reasonable rates. For workshops, training, staff meetings, social groups, etc.

We are looking at setting up a Computer Club at the Glandore community Centre.
If you would like to:

We are especially interested in hearing from people willing to help co-ordinate the Club.

SOUTHTALK discussion groups give you a chance to meet others, talk and share points
of view about life and important issues.
SouthTALK groups are run for 10 weeks with volunteer group leaders, trainrd and supported by Community South.
In an informal and friendly environment, you can:
* Talk abouth things that matter
* Grow your own opinions
* Deepen your understanding
* Think deeply and listen hard
SOUTHTALK is about:
* Local issues
* How Australia works: health, politics, family, education, lifestyle etc.
* World events

The Glandore Commmunity Centre has acquired the services of a trained leader to hold SouthHTalk
sessions at the Centre. If you have something to talk about or just want to join
an interesting social group then ring the centre to register your interest in attending.
Groups are run for 10 weeks with Volunteer Group Leders, trained and supported by Community South.
Meets every Thursday 1pm-3pm. Cost $2
