We trust all students will find their time with us to be both valuable to their future and a pleasant experience. We intend to supply a high standard of training, that includes well trained tutors, all necessary learning materials and adequate information to make informed future plans. The Centre will provide counsel for students where possible, and through networks with other learning bodies, provide assistance and information by referral if deemed necessary.

The Glandore Community Centre is a community project and asks that all users treat the facility, the staff (many of whom give their time free as volunteers to ensure these programs can exist) and other users always in the best possible way. The Centre is committed to Occupational Health and Safety Standards, and is a non-smoking facility. Inappropriate behaviour which impedes on others will not be
tolerated.

Students who require help or who are having problems with the program are encouraged to address these concerns to the appropriate Educator or to the Glandore Community Centre Manager (Mrs Patsy Littler). Any problems that cannot be resolved can be referred to the ACE Unit, 1st Floor, 31 Flinders Street, Adelaide.
